NSL can not function properly if the users Window account can not be mapped to the SID for access control. NSL uses Windows access control to protect the Windows users data from other user sessions on the machine. The error happens because when NSL does a lookup on the account it returned a Windows SID for a non-user (perhaps a computer, domain, group, etc)
In the link you provided, the posted event showed the user:
User: BUILTIN\BUILTIN
Computer: TECLT029
which appears to show that the domain name and the user name are both BUILTIN, I was questioning whether that was true or not.
Post the event information and whether it correctly reflects your environment (re: the user, computer name, etc)
